Cobbs click & collect

We have been working hard to put in place a, for now, basic click & collect service. This will allow customers the opportunity to order set boxes for collection on a given day.

Implementing a new e-commerce system in little over a week has presented its challenges. This initial offer allows us to be confident we can fulfil orders at this challenging time. The system will evolve and please bear with us as we get things launched!

This service is ideally suited to those who really could be putting themselves at risk by coming into one of our shops and we respectfully ask customers who are less at risk to consider continuing to shop with us in-store.

Some of our older or more vulnerable customers may not have access to a website or feel confident using this system. These people are your neighbours as well and we’d ask that if you can support someone near you by placing an order or making a collection, please do so.

Our collection process means customers collecting a box do not need to enter our farm shops (Please follow the instructions on your order confirmation for more information)
