Face coverings in our farm shops

Face mask_Grid.jpg

From Thursday 24th September 2020, the use of face coverings will be compulsory at Cobbs.

All customers will now be asked to wear a face covering in our farm shop and café (except for those exempt for health reasons or children under the age of 12). Please come prepared and please remain respectful of our staff.

If you are visiting our café a face covering must be worn at all times unless you are seated at a table. All customers must now scan a Track & Trace QR Code before entering the café, or leave their details with a member of staff.

The government have clearly stated the liability for wearing a face mask resides with the individual, so we please ask that you come prepared and please remain respectful of our staff at all times. Unfortunately, we cannot allow customers onto our premises who do not follow these measures.

In line with the change in government guidelines both our farm shop and café teams will be wearing face coverings or visors from Thursday 24th September. Please read more on guidelines for shop workers by clicking here.

Thank you for your cooperation and please keep on smiling (even if we can’t see your lovely smiles for a while)

Please note: It is important for us to be aware that some members of the public are exempt from wearing a face covering due to health reasons.
