Mothering Sunday falls on Sunday 14th March this year and we are so excited to be able to offer our Afternoon Tea Picnic Boxes to takeaway from Cobbs.
Whether you are staying home as a family and spoiling mum to some home-cooking or you plan on meeting up with your mum, for the first time in a long time (in an outdoor public space!) our afternoon tea picnic boxes, suitable for both indoor and outdoor dining, will make the perfect addition to any of your plans.
Things to know:
Our afternoon tea picnic boxes are £15pp and include a selection of sweet and savoury treats, finger sandwiches, scones with jam and clotted cream, and a hot drink to takeaway.
Please let us know of any dietary requirements when ordering in the comments box and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Additional gifts are available to order with your boxes including a bottle of our very own 2013 Classic Cuvée English Sparkling Wine and a spring bouquet from our florists.
Our afternoon tea picnic boxes are available for collection from your chosen venue on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th March only. Choose your venue, date, and time collection slot online.
Please order before Friday 12th March.
If the plan is to treat mum to a home-cooked meal then pop into the farm shop for all the finest fresh ingredients. It's a great time of year for British veggies. See what's in season here and get inspired.
Over on our butchery counter, we've got some fantastic savings this month as well, including 10% off our free-range chicken and 20% off our dry-aged Côte de boeuf; both excellent choices for a Sunday lunch.
In the farm shop, we have an excellent selection of cards, gifts, artisan chocolates, award-winning English Sparkling wine, local spirits, and sweet treats to choose from. There will also be a large choice of hand-crafted bouquets available in the lead-up to Mothering Sunday.
If you're unable to meet with your mum this year, you can order an extra special bouquet from our florists for delivery.
