‘Beet’ cold and flu! Here are our top tips:

  • Drink: Stay hydrated! Fill up on fluids and hot drinks. Try adding a teaspoon of honey a squeeze of lemon and a hint of ginger or turmeric to your hot water to help soothe your throat.

  • Warm & Rested: Help your body by keeping warm and resting to direct your energy into fighting off that cold.

  • Eat: Load up on healthy food to build your immune system. Eat a variety of fresh fruits, veg and meat

Smoothies are a really easy way of making sure you squeeze in those all important ‘5 a day’ - great for people on the go and great tasting too! Our frozen fruit from Field Fare are perfect for popping into your smoothie makers.
