Leg of Lamb
Available from our butcher’s - Slow-matured, grass-fed lamb, pre-studded with rosemary and garlic for easy preparation. Locally sourced from Berkshire and Hampshire.
Don’t forget you can pre-order your Easter meat with our butchers for peace of mind!
Seasonal produce
Pick up the best of the season from our farm shop. Fresh asparagus, new potatoes, spring greens, purple sprouting broccoli, and English rhubarb (perfect for a delicious crumble!).
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy our asparagus with butter and thin shavings of (Lyburn) Old Winchester Cheese for a wonderful seasonal dish!
Toast to the Season with Local Sparkling Wine
