The Coronation of The King and The Queen Consort is being marked, with events across the country from Saturday 6th to Monday 8th of May. Their Majesties want to encourage people to spend the Coronation Weekend celebrating with friends, families, and their communities - and we have the very best food and drink at Cobbs to help you do just that. 

Saturday 6th May - The Coronation Service

Sunday 7th May - The Coronation Big Lunch

The Coronation Big Lunch, where neighbours and communities are encouraged to share food and fun, will take place across the country on Sunday 7th May (See our list of favourite foods below to help with your party planning!)

Monday 8th May - The Big Help Out

What's happening at Cobbs? 

Our farm shops and cafes will be open across the weekend (see our opening times below), so you can pop in and pick up the best of local and beyond for your Big Lunch celebrations.

Whether you are attending an event or hosting your own party, we've got a fantastic selection of British food and drink to help you impress your guests or neighbours, many of whom are sustainable and environmentally friendly brands that would be sure to impress your King too!

From our very own homemade coronation chicken, sausage rolls, and scones to our butcher's handmade King's truffle burgers, British asparagus, Victoria sponges, and English sparkling wine.

 King's Afternoon Tea

Celebrate the Coronation with Afternoon Tea in our cafe. You and a friend will be spoilt for choice with a selection of finger sandwiches, Cobbs homemade sausage rolls, scones with jam and clotted cream, and a range of sweet and savoury treats. All of this is accompanied by a refillable pot of tea and an optional glass of bubbles.

Please note our cafes will close one hour earlier.
