Celebrating Great British Beef Week with Kingsplay Farm’s Exceptional Wagyu

It’s Great British Beef Week—and what better time to share a little behind-the-scenes look at our recent trip to Kingsplay Farm in North Wiltshire, the proud producers of our simply delicious Wagyu beef.

The visit, organised by LEAF (Linking Environment and Farming), was not only fun and engaging, but also packed with insight into how British farmers are pushing boundaries when it comes to sustainability and innovation.

A Farm Full of Innovation & Passion

A huge thank you to the team at Kingsplay Farm, especially the inspiring Tyler family, who hosted us for the day. From new robotic systems that are transforming how their dairy herd is milked, to exciting agroforestry initiatives that boost biodiversity and soil health, it’s clear that this is a farm focused not just on producing incredible beef—but doing so responsibly.

The Tyler family’s passion for farming is infectious, and we left feeling incredibly inspired by their commitment to both quality and the planet.

Perfect Timing…

And speaking of quality—guess what’s coming back to our counters VERY soon? That’s right: the exceptional Wagyu beef from Kingsplay Farm! It’s almost like we planned it to coincide with Great British Beef Week… we didn’t, but the timing couldn’t be better. All being well, it’ll be back before the end of next week!

Why Choose Kingsplay Wagyu?

Raised with care and dedication, Kingsplay Wagyu stands out not only for its rich marbling and melt-in-the-mouth texture but also for its health benefits.

Wagyu beef contains a high percentage of monounsaturated fats and is rich in Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids—similar to what you’d find in salmon or olive oil. These fats contribute to:

  • Supporting heart health

  • Reducing inflammation

  • Lowering the risk of Type 2 diabetes and Alzheimer’s

And thanks to the Tyler family’s smart and sustainable breeding practices, this gourmet experience doesn’t have to come with a gourmet price tag.
