As January is 'Veganuary’, why not take this opportunity and try something new for the New Year.
Pop into our farm shop and find our vegan sections. You’ll be able to pick up egg replacer, vegan mixes, custard, and more.
Here are some recipes to help you feel inspired and to introduce you to tasty vegan food at home:
These stuffed sweet potatoes are the ultimate simple vegan dish - it’s healthy, hearty and easy to make
This delicious Mediterranean inspired salad features chickpeas, cucumbers, tomato, olives, fresh dill and parsley - it’s super flavorful and easy to make.
If you’re a big mayonnaise fan and worried about what you will put in your sandwiches or dip your chips into (although we are trying to be healthy!) instead then fear not. This very easy vegan mayo recipe is made with only 6 ingredients – tofu, oil, lemon, vinegar, dijon & salt – and ready in 2 minutes.

Veganuary in our Cafés
There are plenty of tasty vegan dishes available on our menu * including a chipotle bean burrito and red lentil dahl. Many of our menu items can be made vegan like our vegetarian breakfast - simply ask when ordering.
As well as food, we also have a fantastic range of vitamin boosting smoothies (all vegan!) speciality teas, and dairy-free milk available too.
