Alder Ridge Vineyard: Open for tours & tastings!
Our 2022 vineyard tour and tasting dates are now available to view and book online!
The season begins in the spring on Saturday 16th April, Easter Saturday, and runs every other weekend right through to the 1st October. They are a fantastic way to while away a few hours with friends and family, doing something a little different.
Our vineyard tours are run for us by Ollie and Natasha, otherwise known as Berks Fizz - a professional wine duo from, you guessed it, Berkshire. We worked with Ollie and Natasha last year and are so pleased to be doing so again this year. They bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm to their tours; and were enjoyed by all who attended last year.
There are two tour and tasting times to choose from each day.
Tour & Tasting
Ollie and Natasha will take you on a tour of our vineyard on Cobbs Farm - the home of our internationally award-winning English Sparkling Wine!
You will visit the vineyard and discuss the trials and tribulations of winemaking in England - followed by a sparkling wine production tutorial and a guided tasting of a range of our sparkling wines.
Our tour and tastings run at lunchtime or 2pm and last approx. 90mins

Tour & Sparkling Wine Workshop - Not available just yet
Join us for a tour of the vineyard here at Alder Ridge, followed by a Cobbs cheese board and a special sparkling wine tasting workshop!
You will blind taste a selection of sparkling wines from both England and Champagne, brush up on your tasting skills, and explore how they are all made - can you tell them apart?!
Our workshop is a really fun way to spend an afternoon at the vineyard and learn about the wonderful world of traditional method sparkling wine.
This tour starts at 4 pm and lasts approx. 120mins.
