About the Event
Learn how to make fresh egg pasta (or vegan pasta on request) and combine this with shape making, sauce making and plating to create a beautiful and tasty plate of pasta, that you can recreate from home with the new skills that you will learn.
As well as making the pasta, the social side and atmosphere in the class truly recreate an Italian food culture.
Finish by eating your creation together and getting even more tips for more shapes, recipes and fresh, seasonal, sustainable eating!

Chefs Bio Profile
Lewis and Billy started the idea for In for a Penne in 2023. This idea became a reality very quickly.
They pride themselves on passionate but simple cooking to deliver pasta to festival and event crowds, with a twist that it is customisable for each of our guests. They are proudly self-taught and are learning to grow a business very quickly whilst having a brilliant time along the way!
