Sausage Making Workshop

Master the art of sausage-making for yourself!

Enjoy a hands-on workshop with our expert butchers and a hot sausage bap.

  • Our Head Butcher will discuss the pig and how it’s broken down into its different cuts and how we make sausages

  • You will then prepare your sausages using our ingredients and sausage filler. The best in class will receive a “Master Butcher Medal”

  • You will take home everything you make on the night!

  • The workshop will be in two halves, one group will start making sausages whilst the others enjoy a hot sausage bap, and then you will swap over.

  • Light refreshments are available

Tickets are £50pp

This is a fantastic evening to enjoy with friends, but spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
