Jesse and Vikki are popping up on Cobbs Farm for their first ever Fit & Yoga event

Jesse is a Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher and combines strength, harmony and fun in her style of teaching.

Vikki has been qualified and working within the fitness industry since 2016. She is passionate in guiding and educating individuals in bettering themselves, helping them become happier, healthier and more confident.

We are most excited to welcome them both and introduce you to their plans for the morning. This pop-up event is accessible for all abilities.

Itinerary:

10-1035am - FIT BOOTCAMP with VIKKIFIT 

  • This is a workout that utilises a combination of body weight exercises, to achieve an intense burst of activity to target full body. Form will be closely monitored, and modifications available to offer the best results for varying abilities. 

1035-1040am - BREAK

1040-11am - CORE BURNOUT

  • This is a core focused session, used to target each element of the abdominals. Strengthening these muscles will greatly improve balance, stability, tone, and reduce risk of any injuries.

1100-1145am - COBBS SMOOTHIE & CHILL TIME 

1145-1245 - Strong & slow flow YOGA & MEDITATION with Jesse 

  • A strong and slow flow practice - opening with a grounding exercise, followed by a gentle warm up for the body and breath. This practice will focus on alignment and core activation, building up strength and stability for a deeper practice. A chance to step onto your mat and step out of your daily stresses - take this hour for yourself, your mind, body and breath.
