Fit & Yoga Pop-up

Jesse and Vikki are returning to Cobbs Farm for the Fit & Yoga event

(Accessible for all abilities - beginners warmly welcomed)

Jesse is a Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher and combines strength, harmony, and fun in her style of teaching.

Vikki has been qualified and working within the fitness industry since 2016. She is passionate about guiding and educating individuals in bettering themselves, helping them become happier, healthier, and more confident.

Itinerary:

10-1035am - FIT BOOTCAMP with VIKKIFIT 

  • This is a workout that utilises a combination of bodyweight exercises, to achieve an intense burst of activity to target the full body. Form will be closely monitored, and modifications available to offer the best results for varying abilities. 

1035-1040am - BREAK

1040-11am - CORE BURNOUT

  • This is a core-focused session, used to target each element of the abdominals. Strengthening these muscles will greatly improve balance, stability, tone, and reduce the risk of any injuries.

1100-1145am - COBBS SMOOTHIE & CHILL TIME 

1145-1245 - Strong & slow flow YOGA & MEDITATION with Jesse 

  • A strong and slow flow practice - opening with a grounding exercise, followed by a gentle warm-up for the body and breath. This practice will focus on alignment and core activation, building up strength and stability for a deeper practice. A chance to step onto your mat and step out of your daily stresses - take this hour for yourself, your mind, body, and breath.
