New release: Alder Ridge Vineyard
Just in time for Christmas and after a long year, a brand-new release from our vineyard at Cobbs Farm.
This non-vintage wine made almost exclusively with grapes from our 2013 harvest, benefits from 72 months lees ageing. Made from a blend of our Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, this wine displays all the characteristics of a Sparkling Wine made in the traditional method.
This is the first non-vintage wine we have produced and with a very limited quantity available we wanted to give this wine a unique new look! The style may be very different but inside you’ll find the same exceptional quality you’ve become accustomed to with wines from Alder Ridge.
We have a limited amount of gift boxes available, making this the perfect local gift to treat someone special, or indeed yourself to this Christmas.
It’s definitely time to round off this year with some local, magical sparkle!
