To discuss Gymkhana Fine Foods, let's take a trip back to 2008 when three siblings opened their first Michelin-starred restaurant, Trishna. Jyotin, Karam, and Sunaina Sethi, who grew up in London, developed a deep love for Indian cuisine during their childhood trips to India. Trishna was just the beginning, and by 2012, their Gymkhana restaurant earned its first Michelin star, with a second following in 2024. As the restaurant’s fame and popularity grew, customers kept asking, "How can we enjoy a taste of Gymkhana at home?" This led to a collaboration with their friend Gulrez Arora, resulting in the creation of Gymkhana Fine Foods.
